Julie Grove leads our Research function and is responsible for building, developing and delivering best practice Research methodology. 

 

“ She is a rare breed ‘career researcher’ with over 17 years’ experience within executive search gaining broad exposure across multiple sectors and geographies and with a particular focus on board and C-level appointments

She started her career at IBM before moving into executive search 17 years ago. She has worked with global leading executive search firms and previously led her own executive search research consultancy for 10 years. Julie provides expert leadership in the execution and delivery of bespoke value-added Research & Insight services for our clients.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The London Institute and speaks basic Cantonese and French. With Agile methodology becoming increasingly important in search, Julie is currently working towards becoming a certified Prince2 Agile Practitioner.
