Olof Pripp is a global citizen and recognized as one of the world’s leading Board and CEO talent experts for major international corporations.
He worked extensively in the Silicon Valley already in the mid 80’s and later built Price Waterhouse’s first High-Tech Industry practice in EMEA. He subsequently became the Chairman for PwC Consulting’s Technology Industry practice globally, and beyond client work, facilitated much of its thought leadership program and acted as a lead moderator on the annual PwC Technology luncheon at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Since he transitioned into the executive search industry, he has worked in a number of global leadership roles and on some of the most senior C-Level and Non-Executive searches around the world.
He is viewed as a modern 'trusted advisor' by many of his clients for his ability to discreetly and professionally challenge and decode the real issues to be addressed, and then relentlessly and pro-actively leverage his extensive network and insight into talent led value creation to attract the most desired leaders for the future.

He has served as a Non-Executive Director for GoRemote Inc (NASDAQ: GRIC) and iPass (NASDAQ: IPAS) in the Silicon Valley. He is currently a member of the International Advisory Board of EDHEC in France, an Advisor to a number of Tech start-up's as well as a former Executive Advisor to the Chief Executive 50 in the US.
